Last night friends took Len and I to dinner. On the left is John Knoop, Scott Ellliot and Leonard in his hat. On the right is Carol Asselta and our daughter Terri and son-in-law Steve. Great Italian food topped off with my absolute favorite Tiramasu.
So, I saw the infectious disease doctor last Thursday. The good news is that all my counts are in the normal range. I still tire at times but I feel oh so much better than I have for months. The even better news is I am now able to travel.
We plan on leaving Sunday January 31 headed to Livingston TX to change our residency. Then to Louisiana and beyond. I spoke to friends in Missouri and we have tentative plans to meet up with them in May. They are weekend RVers.
One fly in the ointment. The weather prediction for Friday and Saturday is chance of snow. Oh no, here we go again.
We want to spend some time with Granddaughter's Charlotte and Abby. I talked to Amy earlier today. As they are two hours away, and they have plans for Saturday already, we have to coordinate schedules within the next few days.
Also, it is Mom's 85th birthday on February 5. We, along with my sister, brother and sister-in-law, want to take her to dinner.
And we owe Terri and Steve a great dinner out as a small repayment of their 22 hour round trip to Wytheville VA on Thanksgiving Sunday helping to get our truck back home following its breakdown.
So, lots to do, little time.
