Len called the dealer on Monday. They STILL had not ordered the parts. They said they were getting the item numbers together. Again, that does not make sense. If we already have the check from the insurance company, did they not already have that information?
So Len called Keystone on Tuesday. They received the order that day. He plans on calling Keystone tomorrow for an update. Customer service at Keystone agreed that we were getting the runaround. In the future, while in NJ if we need servicing we will take the rig over to a Delaware Montana dealer.
Very hot and humid here last few days. Today it is mid 90's.

Phyllis, I feel your pain. We are pretty much fed up with the RV dealer/service center we have usually used when in Washington. It makes you wonder...DO they even want our business??? I hope things get started soon with your repairs. Hang in there.
I am so sorry to hear about your problems with your dealer. It is really a shame that dealerships act this way, especially in this horrible economy. You'd think they would be grateful for the business and want folks to give them good reviews.
You guys hang in there!

It's a sad commentary on our Country how the word customer service doesn't really mean that.I hound them to death just so they want me out of their hair.
